Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us so we can run KT Recruiting: accounts, submissions, rankings, and getting back to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers that help us operate (and only to do that job).

• Account info: your name, email address, and whether you're a player, parent, or coach, when you sign up.
• Submissions: the stats, film links, and offer details you send us to add to a player's profile, plus any note that comes with them.
• Messages: what you write in the contact form or email us, so we can respond.
• Newsletter email: your email address, if you subscribe for rankings and roster updates.
• Basic technical data: standard request information (like a hashed form of your IP address) that we use to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

Much of our platform is about high school specialists, and some are under 18. Player profiles publish recruiting-relevant information: name, school, class year, measurables, rankings, and film. It's the same kind of information recruiting coverage has always published.

If you're a parent or guardian and want a profile updated or a minor's information removed or corrected, email info@kt-recruiting.com and we'll take care of it. We expect a parent, guardian, or coach to be involved when a minor creates an account or makes a submission.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To review submissions and, once verified, publish them on profiles and rankings.
• To respond to your messages and inquiries.
• To send the newsletter you asked for (you can unsubscribe any time).
• To protect the site from spam, fraud, and abuse.

We use your email to sign you in and to send account and submission updates. We don't use it for unrelated marketing without your say-so.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the platform work, like our database host and the email service that delivers sign-in links and notifications, and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Note that anything published on a public player profile (rankings, verified stats, film) is, by design, visible to anyone who visits the site, including college coaches.

We use a small number of cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and run the site. We keep tracking to a minimum. If we add analytics or advertising cookies later, we'll update this policy first and describe them here.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to update or remove a profile. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe option. To make any of these requests, email info@kt-recruiting.com.

We keep information for as long as we need it to run the platform, then delete or anonymize it. We never store passwords, sign-in is passwordless, and we protect sign-in tokens by storing only a hashed version. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy as the platform grows or after legal review. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
